Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch as I make everything by hand once the order has been placed.

- My standard form of shipping is Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery.

- This can be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery at checkout.

I accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and I highly recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please email me at oncestranded@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date for me to provide the return address.

I kindly ask that you avoid ordering multiple items with the intention of returning one or more after viewing them in person, as each necklace is individually handmade.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings. Additionally, custom personalised necklaces are non-returnable.
